Registered customers having a folding machine with touchscreen and an access to the network (Internet) can send a message directly to the responsible MBO service centre via a safe connection. The most significant advantage: You have to register only once on the MBO homepage and the MBO service centre is able to identify automatically from which machine the message has been sent – customer data and exact machine configuration are available. Thus it is possible to support the operator quickly and unbureaucratically.



Web Interface

For machines without direct Internet connection and without remote maintenance service, MBO is offering a mere web-based alternative. If service is required, registered customers can release a message for a certain machine in a safe area of the Internet. The message will be transmitted automatically to the responsible MBO service centre for further action. The great advantage for the customer: due to the pre-registration, customer data and exact machine configuration are already available at the MBO service centre.
